just flow…

I HAVE been doing some yoga… just short targeted areas, like 10 – 15minutes each day.

Then on Saturday, I put on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b7JS0O3pFS8 and just decided to flow, see where it took me.  I had the house to myself, so I played it through the hifi, really loud…  just wow!

I flowed for 50 minutes!  Totally lost myself…  don’t remember what I did, but ended up in tears… not sure why… release?

I felt amazing afterwards…

It certainly pays to just be good to yourself sometimes and just do what feels right.

when it just works…

I do like to make sure I get some sort of workout done on a Monday… It always seems to set the week up in a really good way,

I decided to go through to Holymoorside last night for one of Dave’s classes.  One, to catch up on last weeks class and two…  I am away Wed/Thurs this week with work.

Journal update
