Journal notes and doodles

My written journal is coming along nicely…

My home practice needs work.

My ‘meditation’ is my running, but I am learning to use my breath work to chill when I get into bed instead of reading for a good two hours, I am now reading for a half an hour or so and then practicing the ’12 breaths’ which I can honestly say is really helping me fall asleep a little quicker.  I seem to be having a better quality sleep too… or so my Polar M430 tells me… however I feel like I could party at Club Duvet a little longer every single morning!
